Objective
The objective of the SCORE (Service of Coordinated Operational Emergency & Rescue using EGNOS) project is to- launch a first operational prototype of E112 and emergency service co-ordination LBS (Location Based Services) as well as
- to stimulate the EGNOS and Galileo market.
Project Info
The present project is co-ordinated by ALCATEL ALENIA SPACE and is co-financed by the Galileo Joint Undertaking in response to the 1st Call of the 6th Framework Programme for Galileo Research and Development GJU/03/118/issue2/Omm/ms Call entitled:"Activity C: Introduction of Galileo Services Using EGNOS"
SCORE consists of a consortium of 9 European partners.

Project Announcements
After two years of user requirement analysis, technical development, prototype production, and successful field trials, the project was presented to the public during a one-day workshop and public demonstration taking place at the premises of SNBPC in Portugal on 3 March 2006.The presentations given at this event can be found in the section "Public Documents" of the SCORE website.
The final review of the SCORE project will take place in Brussels on 4 April 2006.
